TREASURY DEVELOPMENTS: New Insights in 2011

Introduction

The three-day workshop Treasury Developments 2011 will highlight the latest developments in treasury, finance and risk management. The course is aimed at finance directors, treasurers, controllers and other senior financial staff members working at an executive/strategic level in international corporates and nonprofit organizations, who are interested in discussing the latest insights and viewpoints on financial management. In-depth results of research in finance are blended with treasury.

Contents

The topics and details for the 2011 workshop will be published in 2011. However, in light of the financial crisis witnessed in the first half of 2010, it is obvious that workshop will be focused on the credit crunch, risk management and corporate governance.

Entry requirements

No specific theoretical background is required, but some relevant experience in the financial environment is desired.

Tutors

Tutors are leading academicians ad professionals who combine real experience in the financial world with experience in training or consulting. Tutors come from leading financial institutions and consulting firms, or have jobs in the corporate treasury sector.

Practical information

The course dates for 2011 are as follows:

Tuesday 28 June - Thursday 30 June

Course venue: The Horst Estate in Driebergen, the Netherlands. This location is only one hour from Amsterdam Airport (Schiphol) or Rotterdam Airport by train or car. For international participants, travel arrangements can be organized. The total course fee including documentation, luncheons, refreshments and dinner during the course is € 2,200 (excl VAT). If desired, RISKMATRIX can book a hotel arrangement at or near the training venue. Depending on the location, the price for a single room is approximately € 130 – € 160 (excl VAT) per night including dinner and breakfast. Other room rates can be quoted on request.
